Great sound products that don't break the bank. I've used Damon products over the years. I bought the first generation headphones and upgraded to the latest version once it was released. Great sound and noise canceling ability from each. One of my pairs is about 3 years old and works just like the first day I got it. I ran into a small issue with my latest purchase and can't believe how fast customer service worked to fix my problem. Would give them 6 stars if I could. Best support I've ever gotten. Highly recommend

I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to after some first class customer service by Damson. I bought a pair of hear buds for listening to my music and podcasts on and found them to be a great little product. Much prefer them to the beatsX that they replaced - decent enough sound, but the main reason I love them is that they are properly wireless, comfortable to wear, discreet when in your ear, hold charge well and connect and disconnect very easily when used with the case.When one of my buds stopped producing sound, I steeled myself for a tussle with customer service / returns department (possibly because I do this day in and out as part of my job and its never an easy process) but I needn't have worried. It was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in years, friendly with no quibbling, regular updates, a very quick turnaround and with a favorable result. You can just tell Damson care about their customers and their reputation in a genuine way... which honestly seems to be rare today with a lot of companies. Ill be a return customer and will be recommending their products.

Hi,I would like to thank you very much I am very impressed, it seems to me that everything works better faster etc ..with new software. It's great and I hope it will stay that way! The sound is perfect without interruptions, two tones etc ... To the fullest happiness is missing the second Atmos speaker at the back and two cubes in the front in stereo if there is such a possibility I will buy it right away !!!!!!Kind regardsArek

For a start, the HearBuds are easily the best cost:performance of any earphones I've had. I've been having some issues with them recently and Damson have been quick to respond to all emails and have consistantly provided an excellent level of customer service going beyond what was expected. I don't know what is wrong with the dude who left the bad review but sounds like he needs to start reading refund policies, learn how to use gear before buying and not expect to be treated like Her Majesty herself simply for existing. Top company, top customer service and top products.

My system before the S-Series was Sonos PlayBar, Sub and 2x Play:3s for surrounds.Firstly the delivery of the item was quick and well packaged. I found it easy to set up the system.I used the system with a Samsung 65 inch curved TV, Sky Q and Apple TV.Using S-Series with Sky Q:I went into Qs settings and changed the settings to Dolby Plus. Started by testing normal day to day TV channels. Started getting a lot of crackling to speech, I also noticed the sound coming from the front was very small almost like it was coming out of a Pringles can. So much interference but nothing nearby to make this happen. I contacted support, they are very friendly to speak to. I was told to buy some different HDMI cables, Mark sent me the link via email for these and the link took me to Amazon. I purchased 3 of these, 1 for TV to sub, Sky Q to sub and Apple TV to sub. £40 odd later they arrived the following day. Changed them all over to the new HDMI cables, NO change! So not being able to watch Sky Q at all for two days I tried moving over to Apple TV.Apple TV has its own problems that made using it with S-Series even more annoying, Not Damsons fault but I will tell you incase you have Apple TV and thinking of getting this system.The most annoying thing is you need to manually change audio output to Dolby Atmos for programs that support DA then change to 5.1 for programs that don’t support DA.Watching the series called SEE on Apple TV+ in Dolby Atmos, I must say was amazing and the best part of the whole system. Not as much bass as I would of liked.Moving back over to 5.1 programs the next issue was getting lots of background sound but no voices. I took to Damsons Facebook support group page and asked the questions about what to do on there. A few people told me about changing the wires round to try Sky Q and Apple TV in to my TVs HDMI ports and then running one HDMI cable from the TVs ARC port to the S series ARC port. No change by doing that. This point I’m frustrated not being able to watch anything on TV so I had no choice but to pack it all back up and send it back.Before we go into the return and refund.I need to tell you about the S-series remote control. For people that love making your sky remote control the volume from the home cinema system, the S-series don’t support that. The S-Series also don’t support the Apple TV remote controlling the volume so then you are stuck with 3 remotes. The S series remote is very basic and very clicky buttons. Me personally find it annoying that you have to use damson remote for volume on all devices.Now to the return of the item, I don’t know if you read return policies before you buy items. This one you really wish you read before buying. So buyer pays for return, my face dropped while feeling the weight of the box it’s in. So £20 to return as the guys at damson recommend you send it recorded delivery so they can track it. That’s not the worst of it, they say up to 15 days for refund. Having refunds before you know it’s normally going to be in your account 3/4 days time. NOT with damson it isn’t!!! When they say 15 days they must mean it. I’ve emailed Mark directly a few times asking if he could hurry the refund up a bit, the reply being he will see what he can do but can’t promise anything.My current days waiting for the refund is now 11 days. Very frustrating after the problems I’ve already had.All I’ll say is read reviews and return policies before buying anything. I really wish I did before getting anything from this company. I had high hopes now left out of pocket and no home cinema system. Please never give up Sonos for any system you will highly regret it.

I purchased a pair of Damson Wireless ANC V2 headphones back in April. They recently developed a fault so I emailed Damson via thier website and they replaced them no questions asked, I had a brand new pair of headphones within a week.Amazing customer service.

Bought the Damson Headspace headphones.Great headphones, if you only want them to last 12 months. Had three pairs (two purchased, one a warranty replacement), charging port failed on all three.Post-sales service is less than satisfactory.According to them, the headphones show obvious signs of misuse by me. The set are in pristine condition as you can see. They have never left my office, They are either on my head or on my desk. Couldn't have been more careful with them.If you want long-lasting products and/or empathetic post-sales support, I would recommend looking elsewhere.* in response to Damsons response. *There you go again. Misuse by me. Nothing to do with your product at all. A product so good you've changed the design on the charging socket!I reiterate, look elsewhere people. Arrogant and dismissive company.I just ordered some Bose Qc35. Bet they last more than 12 months!

Recently contacted Damson customer service which was outstanding, recieved quick replies, friendly, understanding and resolving.You could tell they go over and beyond for their customers so I'm happy to be one :)
