Vets Now Farnham

My cat Velcro was very ill, and he does not like new places. He was very scared at the beginning but thanks to the amazing staff, they cuddled him and made him more relaxed.A big thank you for taking care of my baby.

Reece and his team made us feel very welcome and gave an excellent level of care to our elderly terrier over night. Communication from and to the team was excellent and timely. The discharge paperwork was also very informative.

I would have paid FIVE times as much for the care we received. Our beloved unwell dog deteriorated quickly and we knew he couldn't go another day. It was a Sunday and we did not want him to go to sleep in a vet clinic. The receptionist was so kind and helpful and efficient. The vet called us in 10 minutes and was the same, truly wanted to ensure we got what we needed. She called again 15 minutes later to say she'd arranged a team to visit our home. Confirmed they were on their way half hour later. A vet x nurse arrived and they were incredible human beings. Warm, real, compassionate, gentle, professional, reassuring efficient.....They made a hideous experience painless, calm, they put our needs absolutely first and were just so special. Thankyou ladies, we're so, so grateful. You made a huge difference, everyone whose lives you are part of are very fortunate.

The police in Camberley delivered our poor dead kitten involved in an accident with a car to Vets Now Farnham in the early hours of the morning. The practice were able to contact us from his microchip. We were devastated but their kindness in dealing with us and wrapping up his body for us to collect later that day was much appreciated. There was no charge, only love, kindness and understanding towards me when I collected him that afternoon. Thank you everyone, especially to Rosie who called us and was so patient with us as we came to terms with his loss.

Took great care of my cat who had to stay in for a couple of nights for a procedure and aftercare. Kept me informed of progress as well as the expected costs. Even let me visit him when I brought his food in! All the staff were lovely and had a very caring manner so I felt happy that my cat was in safe hands!

Only used the emergency vets service. The lady who came to the door was very caring and empathetic, the vet nurse I saw was very clinical and although I had no doubt in the quality of care I was made to feel like I was making a mountain out of a molehill.The only downside was the astronomical cost. I do understand that coming out of hours should be more expensive as obviously people are having to work nights etc but over £300 just for coming in, before the added cost of any treatment does feel unfair. I was already extremely stressed and then to find out I couldn't afford any treatment made the stress even worse.

From the person I spoke to on the phone to the vet that saw us they were all excellent I love the fact that a text with directions was sent whilst I was on the phone in a panic about my dog the vet gave buddy a thorough examination and was really good with him as he was nervous and in discomfort the lady that I think was a vet nurse? Who took our payment was also really good and explained how to claim back money through our insurance as I've never had to do it before I'm really impressed with the whole service

Quick and professional service. Very reassuring when you have a poorly pup. From the first call to meeting Emily the vet - the whole team were amazing and really kind. We were seen within 10 minutes of arriving at Farnham and Emily was thorough with her examination and assessment of our dog. The receptionist clearly explained how to claim on our insurance and the costs of treatment were explained by the team as we went through the process. Invoices and forms were emailed quickly for insurance purposes. Thank you to the Vets Now team at Farnham.

Used as a Sunday emergency vet for a dog’s torn ear. Horrendously expensive just to see a vet (£318 before anything else). Was not really able to get any proper treatment as they were too busy, but was given some 6antibiotic tablets and 10 ml of Metacam which were eye watering lay expensive. Eventually came away having paid £567.33 for the above and a bandage, which came off 5 minutes after getting home.Only given 2* as the staff were quite nice.
