Always clean and tidy. I messed up on the payment system and paid twice, once I contacted their mobile number I received a very prompt refund, excellent service.

Never in my travels have I come across a convoluted payment system at a Laundromat. You'd think your powering up a 747.. I'm sure it's there to bamboozle n take ur coins if ever u went out of sequence.. im sure its intential..

Went here the first time, and the washing machines and dryers are great and reasonably priced, with £4,50 for a 9kg Wash(40 Minutes) and £2 for a 24 minute dry all worked well. Facilities are clean and well maintained, even offers washing liquid and fabric softener if you forget yours.Definetly a good option while our Washing machine is broken, looking forward to visiting again!

Very nice and well lit launderette. The washing machines seem a bit old but they work great. And the dryers are Speed Queens, the best ones in my experience. All with very good prices. And you have free wifi available (no outlets to charge your phone tho)Just keep in mind that the place closes at 22:00 BUT the last wash is at 20:00!All in all 100% recommended.

Very very nice came here for the first time today ,very clean and tidy and everything is clear for you to understand they have everything even if you don't bring washing liquid or powder they have it for you , I've inserted some picture what to expect , I would highly recommend coming here nice place from now on ill be coming here to do my washing.

Dryer machine took my money and didn’t work. I managed to get it working with contactless, but when I rang the phone number on the wall to get a refund there was no answer.

Chose this place to do mid-stay laundry during our visit to Bristol. Small space but clean and well-appointed. All equipment (washer, dryer) worked flawlessly. Bonus points for being able to pay for everything with your smartphone/Google Pay (except the detergent, for which you'll need pound coins.) Shout out to the lovely old lady customer who showed us how everything worked.

Had to pay twice, after it timed out or something the first time.The payment system generally isn't great, everyone who came in while I was there (after hours) was confused by it, and someone who'd gone through the same thing earlier would try to help them. Also you need coins for washing liquid, but there's nothing to change notes for coins.The kind lady who helped me out was a regular, and said that the owner would refund the second payment if I went back while he was there. Which suggests this happens with some regularity, without anything being done about it (like even just better instructions, or a number to call that isn't labelled as being for 'emergencies'). As someone just passing through (like a lot of people using laundromats) I didn't have time to go back and it wasn't worth the hassle of chasing up.Still, the actual washer and dryer worked just fine, so that was good. But go during the day if you can, while it's presumably staffed. If you can only go in the evening, maybe look at other options.

I was in need of a place to do laundry and this one was close by my hotel. I found it easy to locate and there were clear instructions to use the machines. £5 for a small wash, £2 for 24 minutes in the dryer.I used contactless method and it worked well. I saw 5 other people use it and it seemed to work well.The washing detergent and fabric softener you need new coins. But it was affordable.
