We've been with Datek for almost 4 years. In that time the help desk has consistently been improving and problems have, in general, been resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Project work and cost are the only things that stop me giving them 5 stars (although neither aspect are bad, just room for improvement).

7.5 years ago we put ourselves in the more then capable hands of Datek Solutions and have never looked back. They deal with everything from starters, leavers, software updates and anything in between. At the start of the pandemic we needed to move fast to enable our business to continue from peoples homes and Datek put their capes on and supported us with everything. I cannot recommend them enough and I only wish outsourcing of departments went this smoothly.
