Made an enquiry this morning about hydrotherapy first went on about her PPI calls. Then was super defensive when I asked her about the process. Telling me if we don't 'gel' she'll send me to someone else and that she doesn't have to do this. The whole call left me confused as in why would you not be happy to have a new potential customer.
