Jin’s deserts are incredible, I can’t thank him enough for not only baking but delivering the most beautiful cakes for my mother’s significant birthday. The cakes tasted amazing, and everyone agreed we are very lucky to have Jin moving to Suffolk soon! Cannot recommend more highly…and if you are in the area then you simply must pop into The Southwold Flower Co. The venue for fizz cake and PYO couldn’t have been more perfect! Thank you so much Jin

The Baking Jin
Jin hand delivered the most AMAZING cake. I ordered a fresh cream pandan cake, as I longed for the taste after first having one in Thailand. It is the most delicious thing I have ever eaten, it's soooo soft but cuts expertly as guided with a serated knife, the pandan custard is to die for and the cream is heaven. It is finished beautifully, and Jin you are absolutely lovely with an exquisite talent. Welcome to Suffolk and we will be ordering again!

We ordered a mango mousse cake for a friends birthday and it was the best birthday cake we had. Highly recommended, so sad that Jin is moving away from Cambridge though.
