The system has not removed damp from my flat at all. Am trying to sort with EnviroVent but communication has been very very poor with long delays and little care for my concerns. DO NOT INSTALL with this company and make sure it is correct for your setting. Certainly not appropriate in my circumstance and a complete waste of money!

Have had an PIV machine from Envirovent for many years and last year it had to be disconnected (daughters fault not the machines) and oh my word did I notice the difference last winter! Condensation was awful to the point my wallpaper was lifting!Have had to ask the Company for a bit of advise to get the machine back up and running and their customer service was second to none. Had a response within 2 hours - highly impressed.Would recommend this company and the equipment without hesitation.

I had an Envirovent in line fan fitted in my bathroom several years back and it's worked well. After speaking to David who was really helpful, I've made some tweaks to the installation, and now its working even better :)

Extremely happy with our new Atmos PIV. Perfect solution for condensation and damp in older properties. Problems disappear almost immediately.We had contacted Envirovent after we moved into our 400+ year old house with an existing and very old noisy PIV unit. I contacted Envirovent and Luke promptly called me back and arranged to do a survey of the existing unit which was found to be on its last legs. A replacement unit was agreed upon and Head Office rang a week later to say they had had a cancellation and could fit the replacement the next day. Gary came as arranged and made quick work of replacing the old unit with a new Atmos PIV. It breathed new life into our damp old house almost immediately. A quiet, efficient, low cost solution. Extremely happy with the product service we received. Luke and Gary were particularly great. Thank you.

Gave a quote & fitted the product promptly. Only a twelve months warranty given, so when the mould & condensation came back the following winter i tried to make contact & funnily enough the after service is extremely disappointing. Still awaiting an appt from an engineer & still have mould.Avoid like the plague!

SIL100HT - flimsy pile of junk. This was a gift from someone so I have no receipt. Brand new in the box. The humidity adjustment is ridiculously small and temperamental - you think its set right then it rains and off it goes again. I've messed with it so many times since installation (by a qualified electrician) that it now stays on permanently. EnviroVent are not interested - no receipt no help. So this overpriced heap of junk is now in the re-cycling bin after 2 months use. Avoid - buy something at a fraction of the price that works (i.e. m*n*r*se)!!

Totally unprofessional engineer as well as it's customer service.Had fans fitted in living room and bathroom. Engineer left the flat in mess with screws and bits all over the floor and spilled coffee on carpet then took the advantage of fact that only person in flat was my mum who doesn't speak English and left . Now they saying that flat was left clean and don't want to take the responsibility for covering the carpet cleaning service.Do not recommend them totally unprofessional.

Had a whole house system installed, with a manufacturer guaranteed 5 year warranty. System failed just prior to 5 years. Was told by Envirovent that they're unable to repair, as we don't keep the parts for older systems".Their suggestion was I buy a new system

I had fans fitted today by a tradesman named Phil, he was on time, polite and friendly, he went above and beyond what was expected and explained how everything worked, my home was left clean and tidy and he was a pleasure to have in my home, if only more tradesmen were as pleasant, I would give him a 5* rating, brilliant, I highly recommend

I have two systems with envirovent and both have been brilliant, no more condensation, no more leaving it to tenants to ventilate and heat the property properly. One tenants son had asthma, which dramatically improved whilst he lived in the property. The service and workmanship was excellent also.
