I have rang this department over 15 times today with no answer - not good service when you are in need of support or advise

I have rang this department over 25 times today and not once have they answered. There is always someone manning this reception why are they leaving patients to suffer, I’ve been told to contact the complaints compartment…. Because that will help with my health issues THE NHS HAVE BECOME LAZY.

Reception never pick up the phone, but I been there so many times and always someone sit on Receptions!!!

This place is lazy had an appointment the system was down at the time so the Dr said they will update everything on system I have been waiting over 2 months for referrals and meds impossible to get through to them they NEVER answer the phone it's an actual joke, I actually waited in the waiting and rang the phone just to see if the number was wrong and the phone rang I rang seeing if they are would answer as they was free they just ignored all the calls it's unbelievable

The wound care team are absolutely amazing, always professional and polite. Made to feel comfortable immediately, very friendly and caring, I cannot fault them.Thank you all, we are so lucky to have such a team.

Never answer the phone

Not answering phone why does the reception is sitting then than answering their bloody phone?

Rang department over 30 times I was told I'd be seen in clinic withing 4 weeks and no letter came with an appointment so I rang explained all my issues and my admissions to hospital they gave me a cancellation then yesterday I recieve a letter December 2024 and my other appointment cancelled I have a serious health problems and now they making me wait all that time to see them I'm so angry etc how can they get away with treating people like this it's not fair and plenty people on reception but they choose not to answer think they need to change the way they are handling things like make sure calls are answered some of them calls could be urgent....

The physio department are brilliant. Lois is fantastic.
