By far the best estate agent in Belper. I had used an internet agent previously and the guy and the company were useless. Laura and Megan got me a buyer quickly and the communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend them and they will get your property sold . They definitely know their stuff

Really excellent experience with Woodward as new tenants in Harrow. They made the whole process extremely simple and efficient. Myself and my partner had just returned from living abroad and they were very helpful in adjusting to our particular case. Gary was affable and charming during the viewings and was very well informed about the properties and the area. I really appreciated how frank and clear he was about the strengths and weaknesses of each option we were looking at. Elena guided us through the process of securing the house and referencing which was made very easy indeed. You got the sense of a very personalized and efficient experience; Elena’s communication was top class and she always responded very quickly. Even when she was away for a day, she made sure that the process continued seamlessly in her absence (Alice was excellent in helping us with that). The referencing was done via Van Mildert and Elena kept us up to date frequently on how they were progressing. At every stage, we were confident that the process was being well handled, which took a lot of pressure off the situation. The home we found is lovely and the landlord friendly, generous and helpful. Overall then a very personalized, easy and positive experience from start to finish: would very strongly recommend! Hopefully we won’t have to use them again for a long time, but we certainly wouldn’t hesitate to.

Brilliant agent. I am a director of a block of flats in Harrow. We were very unhappy with the previous managing agents. I did a lot of research into sourcing a new one and finally decided to give the contract to Woodward. It was an extremely smooth transition. They have made many positive changes to the block and continue to do so! I was so impressed that we now have a couple of properties on rent via them. Gary and his team are extremely scammers and racist. If you are not white you will have many troubles dealing with these scammers.They will never repair their properties, they scam landlords and as i can see on their website most of their flats are available even the one I rented already and someone took over is back on the market. So this shows some serious issues.We had to deduct from the rent to do some minor repairs. Windows on our property was not getting shut properly and they didn’t care that we were living in cold.They have repaired a toilet seat and guess what they brought a kids size toilet seat. Although Gary initially agreed this is wrong size but as soon as he left he changed his word which is totally acceptable from a racist person.Stay away from these scammers by all costs.Update**We will definitely will not attempt to rent a place from scammers again as we bought our own place. However you have failed landlords as you have lack of experience and trust. People can decide only by checking your website

As first time renters Woodward Estate agents made our experience really easy. Correspondence was always responded to very quickly and viewings were very professional, with agents clearly knowledgeable about the properties.
