Travelodge Aberdeen Central

Customer service was appalling. Staff were miserable, arrogant, and / or couldn't care less about their own attitude.We got no sleep with the noise. Our room was so basic that it felt insulting. Our room looked out onto what could only be described as a very dismal dump, with empty plastic bottles, used tissues and other debris right in front of our window, and what could be described as a huge factory roof with pipes popping up all over, and pigeons squarking loudly everywhere. There didn't appear to be any security anywhere, and it seemed to be an open door" policy to anyone who wanted to just walk in.We paid for breakfast

The location of the hotel was great, the room was a good size, but there was no fridge in the room and the bathroom there was a leak from the toilet, there wasn't enough power sockets in the room,the view from my room was looking out to another roof top,the tv in the room had poor signal, and picture quality was poor

Very dated. The rooms were quite worn out. The TV barely worked and seemed to struggle with most of the more useful channels. On our stay it was noisy as hell outside until 03:30am. If you are a light sleeper this could be a problem. The place is also a maze, so probably best to take breadcrumbs with you.

Very clean. Friendly helpful staff. I will stay here again. They were ok with us having 3 dogs. The only downside was the room was far to hot.

Great staff at reception, had to request extra night, was no problem. Nice big room, very good shower.

Rooms were very basic and tv did not work. Staff on reception were nice enough but the noise from the street/traffic/surrounding nightclubs is unbearable. Would not recommend staying at the weekend at all unless you are a very very heavy sleeper!

Rooms are nice, bathrooms have soap supplied. You can pay for Unlimited Breakfast.

A great location from the central train station and the city centre, shops and so on...The staff at both reception and the breakfast were prompt and friendly.The room was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and overlooked the roof of the Mall.Highly recommended if you're looking for a central location at a good price!
