I’ve been using Prestige for all my car needs i.e. services, MOT and repairs etc for the past 5 years.Thanks to my neighbour for recommending them.Service is always super efficient with really friendly staff who keep you updated all the way and provide very detailed info on any repairs which I love.My dad was a mechanic which meant previously I never had to leave my babies in the hands of strangers or have to worry about cost.Sadly he’s no longer with us so as you can imagine it’s been a bit of a shock to the system having to visit a garage for repairs.I was quite nervous especially when you hear so many stories of bad experiences elsewhere especially as a female.However I can honestly say these guys have been great especially with the details and competitive labour prices so I wouldn’t go elsewhere and would highly recommend.I’ve been thinking about changing my car to something other than a merc which had me worried that these guys might not look at it depending on the brand I get. However I’ve been assured they would do what they can obviously taking into account the diagnostics and that they have the required software etc. which was a relief!!

It's been a while since I used Prestige, but good to see their standards are still as high as ever.Vehicle booked in at a time convenient for me, the work timely completed and to a high standard. The icing on top? Same service as that from a BMW dealer, to the same standard, but a fraction of the price.From making the booking to collecting the vehicle, a hassle-free and faultless service.

Was recommended by a friend who has been a customer for many years and I could not fault this garage. Very honest, very quick and very efficient. I will definitely be coming back.

My wife and I can definitely say we have found our go-to garage for our 1 series. And at a 5 minute walking distance we honestly couldn’t ask for more. Had to take our car for seized wheel security nuts which prestige promptly removed and replaced, an oil pan replacement and just this week a wheel alignment which revealed some issues due to us driving through two nasty potholes (at least) on different occasions. The issues were explained in a very detailed way and we were given an amazing estimate too. The car is driving amazingly now! We’re very happy and will certainly be back for MOT and any other general maintenance. An heartfelt thank you to the staff which always receives us very warmly as well.

Recently bought a Mercedes and didn't know not every garage can update the digital service book! Came across Prestige Car Specialists and I have to say it was the smoothest experience I have had with a garage. Dropped my car off at 8am and just after 10 I got a call to say service has been done and car is ready. Mercedes 'A' service done and digital book updated at a fraction of the Main Dealer cost. Will definitely be coming back for MOTs and Services. Professional, welcoming staff and quick not keeping my car all day. Bonus that you're not too far either thank you!

Excellent knowledge of cars and customer service. Honest advice given. Fair price for professionally done work. Better value and quality than main Audi dealer.

I contacted this business for a price for spark plugs for my car on wednesday and did not receive a call back with price. Contacted the next day and the lady said they will call me back again and guess what, no call again. Its friday now and i still havent got a call with a price.I use to use this garage for all mine and my husbands audi services and work previously but since they have had this receptionist, you feel like you are just constantly phoning them for a price, they promise you a call back and you are kept waiting. Liked it better when it was the actually guys that carried the work out answered the phone. Total waste of time this place. They can't even give you a price.
