The experience was stunning. Luca is an amazing teacher. Teaching a team of 14, Luca made sure we had the best 100 percent effort. We all connected and had the best day. His teaching skills were outstanding and engaged with everyone. I would highly recommend Luca and his classes. Food was outstanding. Best pasta I have ever tried.

This was such a lovely experience. I booked this for my husbands birthday as he is a foodie and loves everything Italy! Luca created such a warm and fun atmosphere; I felt like it was a real dinner party, but also learned a lot! This is a perfect gift experience for someone who likes to cook and an easy way to meet new people in London. Thank you Luca, highly recommend!!

I had the pleasure of working with Luca on 3 cooking events to accommodate staff in different time zones, from Nashville to Milan, from New York to Singapore, from Zurich to London. All events were really fun, highly interactive and resulted in a delicious home made pasta meal! I would thoroughly recommend and look forward to attending more events in the future!

We had a great time cooking with Luca, he is a generous host, and very adaptable (accommodating our vegetarian needs). It was interesting to learn a bit more about Cava too. There was a great group of guys assembled, and we had a fun night.As someone who isn’t much of a cook, it was interesting to try some new things, and good to have the recipes to try out again at home. Though for me, I’d say it was more about the social than the learning.We are looking forward to future events.

I can’t praise Luca's classes enough.If it’s your first time trying one of Luca's online classes or you are a regular participant you can guarantee Luca will always make you feel welcome.A great chef and teacher Luca takes time to explain the background and the region of his recipes before the cooking begins.I have found the online classes to be extreamly friendly making interaction between teacher and students very easy, sometimes just to get the reassurance we are all on the right track at the same time is helpful. Luca reads the class and will adjust the pace so it’s comfortable for everyone.The online classes have exposed me to some amazing Sicilian and Italian recipes that can only be handed down through the generations some of which Luca has generously shared.You can always guarantee a fun relaxed class, interesting banter and good company with a top notch meal at the end.
