AVOID!! Dishonest architect that boasts 'he's done lots of these' and pushy to get you signed up. Once his sales pitch is done, you get poor drawings that give little direction and more fundamentally he fails to advise on current regulations that have to be served to neighbours. Speaking to people in the industry I've quickly learned his work is poor.Dinosaur that is out of touch and needs to go book a refresher course.

Don't use will waste your time, absolute joke of a person. Just lies and makes excuses of family members being ill. Pay the money use someone proper.
