Professional, courteous service with costs outlined upfront. Replacement dust covers were fitted and my car was available for pick-up well before the end of the day. The service was excellent on this occasion.

Debbie was very helpful in sorting out the issues that I had with my car and the work that was done was carried out professionally and to a very high standard. I think the donuts I took helped, but I don't think they are compulsory!

Found RS Automotive few months ago searching online for a good garage for my Jaguar xe, as an alternative to main dealer . Used second time this garage since then and found them very good, trustworthy and Debbie at reception is very polite and friendly. My first visit was for a car health check and was found some play in lower control arms what was replaced. My second visit was for air con service and everything was sorted out very quick at a lower price then initial quote. Also, they provide a curtsey car if needed. Will use it again definitely, highly recommended.

I have just collected my fully repaired VW Golf after a complicated two stage repair. I was quoted a price of £2,000 plus by another vehicle repairer and Paul and his team achieved the same result for less than 25% of that price. This included sourcing a part wiring loom that is no longer available new. However, Paul was able to obtain a used loom, for which I was only charged parts at cost plus postage and labour. I cannot praise enough the 'can do' professional approach taken to my complicated challenge and have no hesitation in highly recommending RS Automotive (Essex) Ltd. Thank you.

I had an excellent first visit, although busy they found the time to talk to me about my car. The price was good, the work was good and they called me as soon as the car was finished. They kept it for me overnight so I could collect at a better time. Quality at a good price works for me.
