Lovely place for a boot sale, well suited for families or peoe with young kids as there's a later start :). Also I recommend going towards the back if you want more sales, it's usually busier there.

Generally the best place to park if going to Chelmsford town centre or the station to go else where. Very economic for two people but gets more costly for a car full.Only caution is the park and ride buses stop at 7 pm and the scheduled First Bus services do not stop at the Sandon park & ride, so you have to get off at the last stop in Sandon village and walk the 300 metres along the verge to the car park.

Excellent service from driver at Sandon P&RFirst time I've used this P&R, and it works really well. Bargain at £1.50 (with bus pass, no time limit on use).Very friendly, helpful driver - Monday 26th June (out 0940, back 1815 approx).

Seems a few trades people must park their vans here. Picked up a handful of screws and other fixings in the bay in front of me. Some people just don't care.

Always use the service, however returning to Sandon need more buses. Chelmer Valley ones always pulling up and leaving empty.

Standard p n ride.Always spaces.Drop my daughter there to get into town every day for college. Only costs her a pound.
