Eddie is an incredible PT. I started sessions with Eddie twice a week in order to gain confidence in the gym, increase my strength and improve sports performance and the results have been great. I love how fun the sessions are and Eddie is so supportive, providing additional information on nutrition, mobility, mindset etc where needed. A great investment!

Eddie brings so much fun to training, the last 4 weeks have flown by! He’s very professional but also so friendly, down to earth and approachable, I felt totally comfortable. He took the time to share his knowledge so I can get the most out of my workouts going forward, kept me motivated and encouraged me the whole time.
