transfer to Philipines BDO bank has fallen off a cliff in the last few months . Never instant as they say !! can take a day or more. I am going to leave this World remit , You cannot contact them in a reasonable time frame. imposible to deal with !!

It's been a week since i made a transfer using this company. Their app is showing money has been delivered but it's not reflected in my account. They ignore and cut you off and when they pickup, they tell you stories about how they are looking into it blah blah blah. Have used them since 2014 but never again. So many people having the same issues recently.AVOID

pls i need my money to be sent to my family. they need the money for food and school expenses. it is said in the app actioned required when i have successfully sent the money to world remit account already. whats taking so long? this is a really bad experience for me.

Very bad experience with this company i had to wait 1 week for just a simple tranfer. the application and website is not working as expecting and mentioning on the HELP page, the refund takes 1 week I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY !

Absolutely pathetic. If calls were really important for starters they should answer their phones in under 5 minutes and not over one and a half hours. Secondly after doing business for 18 months to suddenly jam the app for only a computer glitch is beyond belief.I get the impression I'm a crook and they don't want business. My cust refWR13281345

Customer Service awful. No telephone unless you have a transaction number which means that there is no help for other issues. No chat service or chatbot in operation. No email address for customer service on the website. FAQ's which point me to the help number which I cannot use as I have no transaction number. Generally impossible to get any kind of customer service for my issue. At a loss what to do next as the recipient is geared up for World Remit. Shocking Service. Is customer service something covered by FCA?

I tried to call asking you to help me out that app is not working it’s just keep loading and I can’t send transfer to Zimbabwe . You customer care service is very poor
