My printer packed in last week. It had given me fair warning which I had ignored so no complaints but I do need a working printer! Help!Remembering Paul's online techy tips I tracked him down!Two days later Paul returned my fully working printer. What a star! I would recommend to anyone. Brilliant service thank you so much!

Contacted Paul and had immediate response to discuss the issue, and he called to my home the following morning to install a printer.After lots of problems with the router and them not being compatible with one another, another solution was found to be able to allow me to print. If I had been doing the job myself the whole system would have been thrown out, but Paul's patience and experience saved the day. A good job well done with polite efficiency, so I highly recommend this gentleman to anyone not a techy expert! Many thanks Paul.

Absolutely faultless service from beginning to end. I’d seen positive reviews on the ‘Nextdoor’ app and contacted Paul to arrange a repair to a gaming PC.Paul responded quickly, arranged to call and assess the job, took the PC away for diagnosis and repair, kept me fully updated throughout, and returned a fully working PC the next day.Couldn’t be happier with the service and at a very reasonable price. What can I say within a few hours of speaking on the phone to paul he was round at my house and diagnosed the problem of my PC. Within a couple of days he had built me a brand new one at a very reasonable price. I cannot recomend him highly enough and hes a nice guy to boot.

Paul came round within a couple of hours of my call. He did everything possible to fix our printer and after an hour's efforts he had to give up. It turns out we'd had it for eight years and were lucky it had lasted that long! He stayed to advise us on a reasonably priced replacement, and the best bit - for us - was that he refused to take a penny since it wasn't fixable. Paul certainly knows his stuff and is a proper gent. He'd be the first number I'd ring over a computer problem.
