Dorina's zumba classes are lots of fun!

I have worked with Dorina since the gyms reopened after first lock down. During that time I did lose around 30kg. She has managed to create exercise plans to work around lockdown restrictions, my own person limitations and holidays/other commitments. Last year I suffered life changing injuries and since then have slowed down a lot. She's adapted things even more so and genuinely cares about her clients overall health..not just kilos lost. She considers her regular clients friends and it is more than a job to Dorina it is her passion and vocation.

I never thought I would say this but I love going to the gym and it is all thanks to Dorina. I cannot emphasis what this amazing human being has done to me and for me.Not only does she provide me with personal training, she supports me with my diet, mental health and emotional wellbeing (not had this suppport before).She understands me and my conditions. Knows me, better then myself, in the short space and time I've know her.I never used to enter the gym on my own. Now thanks to Dorina for creating a robust work out regime, I can. Despite of me turning up late, she still puts up with me.And you need to attend her zumba class. Thank you for all you do!!!!LoveYour favourite Raz ;P

Dorina is a fantastic, inspiring and creative PT with knowledge and expertise to be able to adapt to clients needs as they present. She helped me find my confidence with her accountability and targeted programme. Her warm smile and sense of humour make 1:1 sessions fun as well as challenging.
