Wonderful little charity shop here. The british heart Foundation is such a good cause.There is a good range of products here and the prices were very reasonable. You get can get top end products for a low price.The woman who served at the counter was very friendly and welcoming.The store was clean, tidy and well lit.

After being spoken to in a rude staff (manager) I will never support this shop again.The one member of staff really needs to be trained in customer service.I have never been spoken to in this way by anyone and found her to be so rude

I had a truly appalling experience at this shop. Not only did the employees ignore me not once, but twice, they also managed to make me feel like a criminal with their constant, intrusive following. It's astonishing that a business can treat customers with such disrespect. To top it off, being asked what I am doing here" was the cherry on top this terrible customer service . It's baffling how a business can operate with such blatant disrespect for its customers. I will now be avoiding at all costs"

The shop itself is well stocked and the staff I'm sure are nice but I am shocked that used books are £1.50 each. I can buy brand new books from The works for £1. Would love to support charities but used books shouldn't be more than 99p!
