Went in for 4 small nuts and bolts. The total cost was well under £2, can't remember the exact figure, but the staff were so helpful. Absolutely brilliant service, and will be shopping there again. Thank you.

A very disappointing experience when I rented a Rug Doctor from Thompsons to find it would not start and was faulty. I had rented it for 48 hours and returned within the time frame but was told I could NOT have a refund!.. despite calling Rug Doctor to problem shoot and to be told I could have a FULL refund from the store supplier.. I was told by the manager of the shop I could not be refunded as I did not ‘let them know it was faulty straight away’. Despite returning it within the time scale of the rental the manager would not accept this as a justifiable reason for a refund! After explaining that returning it at which ever time within the rental period should not affect my refund he then gave in and refunded the amount to the debit card used…

I was in need of compost yesterday and I was running late.Rang the shop and was told I could knock on the door if it wasn't too late20 minutes after 5 (they shut at 5) and the lovely lady sorted me out my compostDidn't get your name but youve my weekendThank you sooooooo much ❤️Bobby
