I rang the shop at 9.30am and explained the problem with the locking system on my uPVC door. The engineer (Derek) arrived at 11.15am who was very polite and explained what was wrong, he resolved the problem and left at 12.10pm . Superb service, thank you.

I recently needed a surf key cut for my van (vehicle key with no chip for doors only), and I couldn't believe the exceptional service I received from this local security company. Not only did they promptly cut me a surf key, but they did it for just £5! This is an incredible deal compared to the steep quotes I got from other places, which were well over £20. The locksmith was not only efficient but also incredibly friendly and professional.I'm thoroughly impressed with this company and their dedication to their customers. No clue what I was doing with regards to my back door not shutting properly,They explained it to me, and even found me a small part what I needed from out the back , I presume it was a spare, or extra bit they had left over from something else,gave it to free of charge. Super speedy and professional service. Always got engineers on hand. Previously I’ve used independent contractors who are usually very difficult to book in with. But Mike B’s are usually next day for non-urgent call-outs and more affordable!

I would like to say a HUGE Thankyou to the staff at Mike B’s. This morning we managed to accidentally snap off the key in the lock to one of our customers wheelchair power packs. They came to our rescue and managed to remove the section of snapped key from the lock. If they hadn’t of been able to help us, it would have been a very costly repair and possibly even a whole new power pack. The staff were so lovely and kind that they didn’t even charge for the key removal. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks from now on. You don’t get this kind of community minded kindness very often anymore so it should definitely be celebrated. Thankyou Mike B’s you are all stars in our eyes and we will be using you for all our lock & security related needs from now on.
