We have used Charlotte for a long time. Lexie the Cockapoo loves coming here for her pamper!Charlotte offers a first class service and is very lovely. We are always happy with Lexie’s haircut and she smell yummy! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend.

I took my dog here after having a bad experience at pets at home. Charlotte is really lovely, she listens to what you want and any concerns you have. The prices are very good, and she does a superb job, I never take my dog anywhere else. If you are looking for a good pet groomers, I highly recommend Charlotte's Pet Parlour

Charlotte is brilliant, she's been looking after my 2 dogs for over a year and does a fabulous job every time. They are a little nervous about getting their nails clipped but Charlotte manages it every time.

Charlotte is beyond amazing! I can leave my dogs with her whilst she groom's them and they come back looking like absolute angels. Their cuts are for for the breed and you can tell she uses good quality products. She has always been very responsive in getting back to me about appointments and availability! Could not recommend her enough!

Ruby, my cocker spaniel is a bit nervous so I was a bit concerned about leaving her, but I needn't have worried. Charlotte was excellent and Ruby looked lovely. Would definitely recommend, have booked again already.

Quite overpriced for the services provided. Doesn’t like it if you don’t book in every few weeks… will not answer phone or messages if you don’t book often enough for her liking. Takes pictures of your pets for her website/personal promotion without your permission! Very unprofessional.

Great service! Made an online enquiry and Charlotte got back to me straight away. I don't usually review but wow. What can i say.It's unusual for a local business to show such professionalism. As well as that my partners Westie looks great. Would definitely recommend for reasonable prices and friendly comfortable environments for you and your pet.

Fantastic value for money, my poodle who has difficult fur to manage comes out looking, smelling and feeling lovely. Charlotte could not be more compassionate and understanding when it comes to my dog's many special needs and always makes him feel comfortable in what would normally be a terrible stressful situation for him. I therefore am very happy to leave him with her and have upmost trust and confidence in her. Highly recommend.

Lovely lady who does a great job. My two have both been to her and my eldest who hates water is happy to be there. I have 2 Doberman who are currently 6 months and 6 years, we've used Charlotte a few times and will continue to do so
