I left the hair saloon not how i imagined. They didnt have the right product i needed, then tried to sell me sonething that i didnt ask for. There was a lack of professionalism, the place could do with a bit more cleaniness, mirrors, brushes... some brushes had hair on it... not nice impression.

Have been here twice now and was happy on both occasions. My hair grew for the first time in a long time after receiving a keratin treatment/Brazilian blow dry which meant I didn’t need to use heat tools all the time. Staff are friendly and helpful.

It was my first time using this salon dont advice anyone, the lady that cut my hair isn't a professional at all, Adam said he will refund me for the bad service and that didn't happen. Very disappointed.

I came here to get my hair dyed, they initially messed up so I returned the following day for them to fix it. It looked better when I left that day, but it was such a rushed job with a load of chemicals that when I washed my hair the next day, all the dye had washed out. This also led to my hair being so damaged afterwards and starting to fall out. I had prepaid a significant amount of money just for my hair to return to the damage they caused in the first place. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Definitely would not recommend this salon !

I made my hair with Joao Botox and cut with Adam. Both are very professional and friendly… Adam give me many advise of my hair and he got a nice viber…I am so happy with my hair now many thanks guy.

My experience personally wasn’t satisfying. I had a booking at 12pm, after waiting 45min they washed my hair, got the haircut I requested, blow dry, everything while speaking in Portuguese about me (they didn’t say anything bad). The reason that got me to write this long review is the fact that they charged me £60 when on the booking it says £55. Its not the extra £5 but the principle, thinking I wouldn’t realise the overcharge. Very disappointed.

Such a lovely atmosphere! i recently got my eyebrows micro bladed by Mari and can i just say she’s literally THE BEST in London ! the whole process she made sure i was reassured and was comfortable! the result of eyebrows are absolutely beautiful! My top up is coming up and can’t wait for the final result !!edit : After healing from my top up can i just say that i’m in love with the result ! compliments everywhere i go ! they look so natural. Thank you again Mari !!
