Paws At Sarah and Belinda’s

I took my springer spaniel to Paws at Heather's today and I am so happy with what they have done.Elsie is such a nervous dog and has sometime come across as a little aggressive to other gromers.On our arrival, Belinda and Heather made us feel so welcome and made Elsie feel so at ease by sitting and talking to her. Elsie feel in love with Belinda straight away as she has such a calming energy and Elsie could sense this.( didn't try to nip at all)She came out with a beautiful cut and her nails even had a trim(no one has ever managed to cut them before as Elsie hates her Paws being touched.)I always dred taking Elsie to get groomed but After finally finding Paws at Heather's we can't wait for our next time. Thank you again so much

The staff at Paws at Heather's are excellent with your little pooches. There quality of grooming is one of the best. And will always try and accommodate your requirements.

Absolutely brilliant! I have an arthritic, nervous dog. They were marvellous with her and she was returned very happy. I was very happy as her coat is clean, very much tidied up and she looks great.

This is a wonderful grooming parlour normally by little fella comes home in such a nervous state it takes him a couple of days to calm down But not at paws at heather he was full of the joys of spring when I picked him up xx

The staff at Paws at Heather's were absolutely brilliant with our dog Rocky. We were worried as he is very excitable and sometimes nervous but they were very reassuring. The cut they gave him was perfect and we cannot fault the service we received. Will definitely be coming back next time he needs a trim!

I took my chihuahua Teddy to Heathers to be groomed on Monday . My boy looks absolutely amazing the best groom he has ever had. I can’t get over how gorgeous he looks. He smells amazing as well. Teddy will be definitely going back on a regular basis. Thank you so much Sarah and Heather for making my boy look amazing and looking after him.

Highly recommended. This was our puppy's first grooming, and therefore our first time using Paws at Heather's, and we are extremely impressed.They were very attentive to what we wanted (not too short, as we like the longer haired look of our dog) and what the dog needed (he was recently neutered, and the shirt he wore post-surgery had given him quite a few matts). They have done an excellent job and were absolutely wonderful with our puppy, who clearly had an enjoyable time.In addition, the customer service was excellent, the prices extremely reasonable, and they were more than happy to do a couple of tweaks to the trimming so it was exactly what we wanted.We will definitely be using Paws at Heather's for all our future grooming needs.

Took my pup Poppy for her first time at the groomers. When I picked her up she was calm and enjoying cuddles. She looks great and smells great too. Really pleased with the great service....thank you! Poppy will be back soon!!!
