The best accomodation in Leeds! The staffs are very kind and supportive even your request is not related to the accomodation issues. They always come up with cool events for the students, making the vibe more lively and cozy at the same time. Overall, it is really nice to live in this place:)

Overall staying here is great. I’m a first year student from Manchester and thought the location in Leeds is amazing. The staff are really friendly especially reception! The rooms are lovely so is good value for money. It’s very tidy with really nice living spaces for people to hang out. It can be a bit quiet at times with not much social stuff amongst students but that’s also great for some people who prefer a more chilled accommodation. Staff host events at Christmas and new year etc which is always good.

Amazing place to live. Close to the city centre and modern. Could not speak highly enough of the staff from receptionists to night staff to Andy from maintenance ! Everyone is so helpful and nothing is ever too much. Would highly recommend to any students.

Very helpful reception! They use a very interactive app that can easily allow us to access facilities and maintain the convenience of our accommodation. The post is so easy to collect with the use of codes and the receptionists and staffs are all very friendly. They explain things clearly and patiently. I’m happy to live here next year again.

The best student apartment in Leeds!Living here is my most correct choice!Symons House is close to the supermarket and the city center, which is very convenient for shopping. The staff of the apartment often give benefits, engage in activities, and also provide free cleaning services. They are super sweet!A key point: Symons House's decoration style is sooooo beautiful!

Lovely, friendly staff, nice clean rooms & facilities, love the events & freebies available here! Previously moved from Vita across the road, although Vita was also good, another student and I mentioned how we felt like kids as we were strictly monitored. This is not the case in Symons House as I feel free to do as I please & find all staff very welcoming & helpful ☺️Only issue I have is the inconsistency of events and breakfast as Vita had events & freebies available every week with their own app so we could see what events were on that week and they also had breakfast available every weekday whereas at Symons, its more as & when. However, I prefer the more chilled environment at Symons over Vita anyway as there’s nothing worse than having awkward staff to deal with so the events is not a big issue, also, Symons have Dominoes pizza days and Tuesday lunches sometimes which Vita never had! Symons events seem to be better than Vita in my opinion, just not as often.Overall, this is one of my fave accommodations I’ve been in so far☺️

This has to be one of the best accommodation here in Leeds! From the first showing to moving in during the pandemic, they were very flexible and understanding with fast responses. And the life here in Symons House is very comfortable and fun. Not only it has the best apartment, but it has one of the best services that I have ever experienced. The complementary weekly cleaning service saves me so much time and energy. The staffs are just awesome and are very attentive and kind. They always post fun activities through instagrams, and continues to communicate with tenants very well. Apartment itself is new so I did not have any problems yet. Loving every minute in Symons House. Moving from Manhattan, I didn't have much expectations but this is something else making my second year in Leeds so much better.

Symons House not only provides a comfortable living environment but also has exceptional facilities set up to accommodate all life styles. The allocated study rooms are perfect for team meetings and solo studying providing professional, air conditioned rooms that are tailored for studying. Along with the cinema room, roof top terrance, gym and games room there are plenty of activities that you could do that are inclusive.Furthermore, the staff and security are exceptional providing many events that residents could get involved with. They are always happy to help.

Amazing accommodation with great rooms, amazing staff and exceptional amenities. Molly, Elle and Tom are always there to help and are super nice all the time. Also, the location is central so you have easy access to the shops and pubs and clubs in Leeds' City Centre. Would definitely recommend to anyone studying in Leeds.

Symons House is undoubtedly the finest accommodation option in Leeds, and I can’t emphasize this enough. During my stay, it truly felt like a home away from home. The entire staff, including the receptionists and night security, were exceptional, always ready to assist with any issues promptly. They even have a convenient app that notifies you about parcels and upcoming events. Speaking of events, they consistently organized various activities throughout the year, and they were quite generous with freebies!The rooms were exceptional, with brand-new and modern furniture. I also particularly enjoyed spending time in the common areas. My friends who lived elsewhere often wanted to visit to study in the study area or relax in the game room or the fantastic terrace.I could go on and on about my wonderful experience, but I want to express how sad I was when I had to move out due to no longer being a student this year. Unfortunately, Symons House doesn’t currently accommodate professionals. I sincerely hope that the Symons House team considers accepting professionals or making some rooms available for working individuals because it truly is an outstanding accommodation choice.❤️
