Bluegrass BBQ
Fantastic food! Meat was super tender, amazing flavours. We loved the range of sauces, beers, etc. One thing I think is missing is milkshakes! That would take it to the next level. The babyback ribs were better than ones I’ve eaten in the U.S. so you’re doing something right! Will definitely return.

We had a great time here, the staff were really friendly and catered to all our needs. The food was good, we had our own room behind the fridge door which was great for us to enjoy our get together.

The staff was very welcoming, kind and helpfull. The food was delicious and greasy. If you're not a big eater, I suggest just getting a burger without fries, or at least sharing fries with 1 or 2 other friends.I definitely suggest eating here!

Fantastic service, great atmosphere, good selection of beers. Food was very tasty and portions VERY generous.Chicken was not as crispy as I though (but delicious) and I found the strips and onion rings to be a bit too oily by my partner thought the chicken burger wasn't at all.Still - will definitely come again and recommend to others.

I used to be a big fan of Bluegrass, but after my second bad experience this weekend I feel the need to leave a review. I'm frustrated that I went back again, but I only did so as my partner has a taste for pancakes for breakfast. On both occasions, the food took far too long to come out - on the first occasion the order hadn't reached the kitchen, the last occasion this Saturday (2nd Dec) was just slow despite it not looking particularly busy. The pancakes arrived stone cold but after waiting so long, I just decided to tuck in. The centre of my pancakes were stodgy and yellow, not like my partner's pancakes that were white and fluffy. We called over a member of staff who took mine away to show a manager, offering to make a fresh batch upon return. I politely declined because of the long wait originally. There was absolutely no offer of a refund or credit which I think is extremely poor. My opinion? This place can be decent for anything but breakfast. I know it's American smokehouse cuisine, but some of the items are just poor. Anything egg related results in being served an overcooked baked egg, that's literally burnt to the enamel dish it's baked in.

Can't really say much about the service, you order through your phone and they bring it out. Not one member of staff came to the table to ask how it was yet two asked the table next to me.How was it.?..meh!. The chips tasted like the frickles and the frickles tasted like the pulled Jack fruit.The frickles were soft slices of pickle. So much batter, you couldn't even taste the pickle. I make better frickles myself. A pile of fries and a tiny dollop of jackfruit. It looked as unappetising as it tasted. The salad was over dressed with soft croutons Wouldn't recommend, wouldn't go back.
