Superb quality accommodation, and an ideal place to use as a base for touring around the area, or simply for R & R. Owners are very friendly and helpful, and you are right next to the parachuting club. Facilities include a small gym, games room and laundry facilities. Highly recommended.

We had a fabulous week at Patty's Barn at the beginning of June. 7 of us came & shared the 5 bedroom cottage which was beautifully set up. We were not disturbed by the airfield as it was made clear this was in close proximity to the cottage. Margaret & her team were very welcoming & a pleasure to meet. We will certainly stay again if we come up that way in future.

We are just finishing off our last couple of days, idyllic location and very comfortable well equipped cottage very clean and tidy. The Salt marsh lamb from the farmer over the bay is great and enjoyed watching the sky diving. We didn't find the aerodrome too disturbing at all even though we were here on a very busy day in aid of a cancer charity.Overall a great base to explore the local area and lovely for our two springer spaniels to play and have fun. Would definitely come back again.

Stunning place to visit, staff extremely friendly and made our visit well worth while.All facilities were really clean, towels provided, slower gel etc. Staff knowledge of area was great and gave us some great ideas for places to visit during our stay.Definitely come back again.

Lovely place to get away to the country side! Our apartment was very clean and well stocked. Unfortunately we were here during the heatwave and the great insulation meant the apartment was very warm. Opening the doors at night invited a host of creatures inside so a bug screen would have been useful. This was only a minor point and otherwise I had a lovely time! Would recommend.

I regularly deliver day retreats here but I have also been as a guest for the untamed supper. Michelle, the host, is fab and this place is a must for friendliness, nature and peace. The untamed supper was an outstanding experience.

Had a fantastic week at Patty's Barn staying in the Lucky Duck cottage.The owners were very welcoming when we arrived and any problems were quickly dealt with.The accommodation is excellently turned out with spacious living areas, cosy bedrooms and an abundance of toilets.The facilities on-site are great too with a gym, games room, football pitch and an outdoor eating area, you have loads to do while you're staying there. The bonus for the week was the black Knights parachuting school and getting to watch them land.Thoroughly recommend patty's barn for a stay and will be back in the future.

Spent one week in the Sand Martin cottage at Patty's Barn. It was perfect! Surroundings are amazing. Cottage and other buildings were well-maintained, modern, clean. Lovely location for children as there's plenty of space to run around (or visit the games room). Owners are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back.

We stayed here for several weeks as we were working nearby. The cottages were well equipped for us to live as if we were at home including an on site laundry. Margaret was always available if we had any queries. I good, clean place I would recommend.
