I religiously use Vicky every 6weeks and wouldn't go anywhere else. I took my shy puppy to Vicky after a terrible experience with another groomer and she was amazing! So thorough and my pup now falls asleep on the table she's that relaxed. My dog gets so excited when we arrive at Top Barks!

Vicky is very good with Alfie, and very thorough in her approach. She always takes her time with him, putting him at ease. She is clearly professional and knowledgeable, we would not hesitate to recommend her.

Walter and Bertie love going to see lovely Vicky! Especially with the salon now being home based, both dogs are far more relaxed with not being at our house and having their hair cut. They are both long haired dogs who have been groomed in the wrong way in the past- Vicky is super knowledgable about their needs and has taught us a few techniques on how to deal with their unruly coats. Not only that, she truly loves her clients, spending a lot of time getting to know them, their needs and their fears, meaning that the dogs and us, the owners, love having a trip to the salon - it's a true treat.I would recommend to all my doggy owning friends.
