Absolutely appalling service.Happy to sell you a vehicle though!!Recently had a service costing over £600 and the fuel management connection wasn’t put back on correctly and now the roller shutter has stopped working. The guy in the service desk was a disgrace and totally unprofessional. It’s the last Ford we will be purchasing.

I recently bought a new car from TrustFord, Barnsley. I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. I was given time to explain what I was looking for. I was then offered a selection of vehicles that fitted my criteria and we finished up by walking the site looking at any aspects of vehicles where I had questions. I felt valued and listened to. My time wasn’t wasted with inappropriate offers. I chose a new Puma and a deal that included all the things we talked about. I would have no hesitation in recommending this TrustFord. Andrew Roscoe made me feel like a valued customer. There was a wide range of vehicles and offers. I came away very happy with my purchase.

I wouldn’t waste your time and effort with Trust Ford Barnsley.Despite promises of call backs this still doesn’t happen. You have to constantly chase them. I have raised a complaint about this and their response is I positive and will address people not coming back to you when promised. 2 weeks later and you are back to square one. Constantly chasing failed promises.

Always friendly and happy to help. I picked up my vivid Ruby Puma on Friday, 26.6.23 my friend said it was the best handover he had ever seen.
