Behaviour with the customer is not upto the standard. Today while paying bill she don’t know she needs to do before I tell her she started working and she forgot the refund. But when I asked her what is the price and u did you do, she said it’s written in the receipt. As if she cannot be asked. Very high volume of attitude she shown. Actually don’t know how to talk with customers may be. At the end when I said ok sorry, that girl was laughing. As if I did such a big wrong. My advice is to the authority is before recruiting someone her patience need to be tested.

Busy but clean and well laid out store.Helpful and friendly staff.Offered other services other than my eye test. I felt absolutely no pressure at all to accept.The optician was extremely thorough and explained my overall eye health.When I collected my glasses, the staff member took her time and made sure my glasses fitted me well and I was happy.

Top notch service provided by a great team. Upon walking in i was greeted by managers Yousaf and Junaid who were both very kind and helpful in choosing a new pair of glasses.Then after a very short wait i was taken upstairs for an eye test carried out by optician Ansar. Ansar was very kind and did a thorough test to determine a new prescription. She went above and beyond to explain the changes in my prescription and how it would affect my sight.Overall I am very pleased with the service I received and will not visit any other specsavers branch in the future.Well done guys and gals, keep up the great service!

Whenever walking into the store all staff are very welcoming and professional. No matter how busy, they take care to pay attention to all customers that walk through the door. Laura being very knowledgeable helped me with enquiries which in my mind where complicated but with her answering made it seem like anything and everything had a solution. Grateful for all staff at the Luton branch

I went to the Luton store for an eye test and I had a wonderful experience. All the staff were polite and easy to deal with. Everything went very smooth and fast. The optometrist answered all my queries and concerns patiently.

They could do with more downstairs consultation rooms, also standing for pretests is awkward and caused pain no offers of help. Took over a hour from appointment time to finishing of eye test. Not many choices of frames especially in the lower price ranges. Staff were nice enough.
