I’m in the motor trade myself and was holidaying not far from Yeovil when my car developed a noisy wheel bearing. Gave Mike a call in the morning, dropped it off and 3 hours later I was back on the road. Genuine man with good old fashioned customer service as it should be. Great job gents. Many thanks Rob

I had an issue with my car starting. My dealership was going to charge me 100 pounds for the diagnostic alone..mike found the problem (flooded engine) and had it fixed for the cost of 30 minutes labour. Highly recommended Mike barge and will be going there from now on for all my car needs.

If you want somewhere to take your car without getting ripped off, then this is the place for you. Only let down for me, but it is a VERY annoying one is the fact that they never ring you when the vehicle is ready to pick up, you ALWAYS have to ring them. You shouldn't have to chase any garage to find out if you can pick your car up, and I have been using barge for years, and EVERY time I have to chase them.... seriously annoying!!!

I broke down on my way back to Wellington from Dorset on a Sunday evening. I was towed to Barge Motors where they repaired my car the following day at a very reasonable cost.
