Went in today for a couple of bits. One lady in particular was so nice/friendly/polite/professional.It was nice to go in just to experience a little positivity in this otherwise awful world.

They have a good selection of pluming, electrical, power tools and DIY equipment. At the moment no cash sale, just click and collect via online.Parking available outside and they are quite prompt in there service within the hour or at least within the day.Customer service depends on who serves you. Some go that extra mile, whereas the rest just to the minium.The reason for 3 stars is that they don't always have everything. So I had to wait for CEF to open.Benefits open 7 days a week even bank holidays.Some items have to be brought in a bulk. Also good for trade and the general public.

Great for picking up products easily. Easy to order online, pay and pick up. Large car park with accessibility parking. Friendly helpful staff with a good layout of the store for queuing. Screens at counter and good social distancing measures in place. Recently they have changed the layout of the collection area in the store to make it easier to queue.Just picked up at item after ordering online. Staff friendly and helpful as usual, still just as good as previous experience. Used again, still as good as previous experience.

Bit tight getting in. Because of traffic. Shop was quite enough though. Only there about 10 minutes in all.Helpful staff. The only reason they only got 4 stars was because of the traffic jam in the car park entrance.
