Have to say Matt exceeded my expectations! It’s the first time he’s attended the log burner and other sweeps have not impressed. My log burner is clean and looks great (he even polished it!)! He was very knowledgeable about the system and offered honest advice without a sales-pitch. I’ll definitely book Matt again

We have just used Matt's service for a second time. He installed a rain cap last time round and has now done a chimney flue clean and kindly added some fire cement to repair our fireplace at no extra charge. Great and friendly service.

Have to say that Matthews Chimney Sweep is very good. Polite, professional and an expert in his field. Fully cleaned my log burner, talked me through the history of the unit and what was required. No hard sell or trying to sell me something I had not asked about. I needed new fireboards and all were fitted a couple of days later from when the actual clean and sweep took place. Seriously good prices as well and I actually paid him more than he quoted for as the service was that good. The five stars is very well deserved and I will not be using anyone else in the future.
