Hampton Hounds

What a wonderful first experience with Hampton hounds! The owner and staff were to say the least amazing!!! First experience on the phone they sounded friendly, knowledgable and I knew my puppy would be well looked after. When we got there we were greeted with hellos from everyone. My pup was allowed off lead and to smell around as I spoke to the owner about my wants and needs for the groom.As a millennial dog owner my dog is my baby and I felt very confident leaving them with him. He was a bit tricky with his feet which I believe lots of dogs can and they were extremely patient with him and still able to get the job done. All his matting of the fur was taken care of as well which was a big issue with us and we have been to a few place before that did not do the job properly.When I came to collect him he was bouncing off the walls happy and looked impeccable. We weren’t rushed out at the end and were able to have a quick chat getting to know each other and talk about how he did. I booked in right away again for a groom knowing that we have found our place.Thank you Hampton Hounds and staff for the amazing experience and for treating my pup so well! I would highly recommend you giving them a call and booking in asap!!!

I had a great experience here. Shannon and Sim were very patient and listened to exactly what I wanted. My dog was a little matted but they were able to remove the matts and keep her coat at the desired length rather than using a more severe blade as has happened in the past. They were also very friendly (and non judgemental!)

Very bad service. staff are rude and not understanding customers needs. They write in the website you decide what style and we do our best to oblige". But is not the true. And according to an other review I read

My puppy is only five months old he went to Hampton Hounds for his first puppy groom,,I was told that the price would be £50. But when my husband went to pick him up he was told £55 .? Also the short dark haired girl should have some manners when dealing with customers,VERY RUDE STAFF. Will definitely not be recommending this grooming place,,,,

The absolutely fantastic team at Hampton Hound sent my beautiful boy home with his best groom to date. Following a bad experience another groomer, the team kept him calm throughout. I would HIGHLY recommend this groomer to all cat and dog owners.

I am so grateful to have found Hampton Hounds. I have taken my children (dogs) for more than 5 years and they are always received with great affection and love and they always come back to me beautiful. The staff is great, the place is super cute and the owner is super attentive.

Picked my Labrador Millie up from Hampton Hounds after a weeks boarding. She was very happy and I could tell she had been very well looked after. She always goes to them when we go away and I never worry because she is in such good hands. Thaigo and his team are so kind and really go the extra mile. I can’t recommend them enough.
