Took my mums westie here for his first ever professional clip,he is a bit of a nervous customer,but staff were amazing,picked him up 2 hours later,looking super smart and even sporting a bow tie! I,will definitely use Tail Waggers again,friendly,professional and one very happy well groomed dog! Top notch!

Excellent groomers, already booked next visit

I've been struggling to find a groomer for my Westie, Iona in Inverness, so I decided to try further afield. I found Tail Waggers in Dingwall and will definitely be going back. Iona looks the best she has since we moved back home. Would definitely recommend.

Half of dog was completely uncut, remainder was uneven chunks taken out randomly...very disappointed..

They do a great job on my 3dogs and my dogs love them

This is the 3rd groomer in the Highlands that I have tried to get my Tibetan terrier cut since moving here. No-one seemed to know what they were doing and she would come back scalped! Until finding tailwaggers. Our cairn and schnauzer also went for a bath and cut. On arrival, Anne listened to the little quirks that each dog had and actually understood.What a lovely surprise on collecting them.. She really does have a magic wand, they were all happy and gloriously cut.She truely understands dogs and is prepared to listen to their owners also.Thank you to the other lady there who must have spent ages trying to rid the knots in the Tibetan.Very well done and thank you so much. I have already booked them in for the next spa day!
