Glenmoriston Townhouse Hotel Inverness
Excellent location, and the staff was very nice. Breakfast in the morning was great. Able to walk along the river and walk to downtown easily. Our room was in the top section of the hotel which in the States we might call an attic, but it was finished of course, and very spacious. An interesting layout up several stairs, so that would be an issue if you are not able to navigate climbing. Didn't bother us at all.

Nicely decorated hotel. Good restaurant with good selection of drinks. Great location by river and nice atmosphere.Staff - not sure. They seemed ok but also slightly sarcastic. I booked in last minute through an agency I use for work and get heavily discounted rates due to the amount of nights I stay away. Wasn't exactly dressed to impress for a Saturday but felt the receptionist spoke down to me a bit.Not marking them down for it as I'm not 100% sure that I didn't misinterpret it. Would possibly stay here again but if it happened a second time, then..... Nope.

Glenmoriston Townhouse Hotel Inverness
We recently held our small family wedding reception at the Glenmoriston and cannot speak more highly of it. Cheries and her staff went above and beyond to provide my wife and I with a fabulous day to remember. We live in Australia and the communication to arrange the function was always easy and done with a can-do attitude. The surroundings were beautiful, food was spectacular, service attentive, room with a view of the Ness was perfect.It all made our day truly amazing. Thank you Glenmoriston.

Glenmoriston Townhouse Hotel Inverness
We visited the restaurant while on a short holidays. The food was delicious and beautifully served. We were impressed by their own dry curring meat. The location is fantastic. Walking distance from the centre and such a nice walk along the river. The atmosphere in the restaurant was perfect for a romantic meal. We will be back!

Glenmoriston Townhouse Hotel Inverness
Very close to the Castle and a short, scenic riverside walk to the main drag of Inverness. The food is superb (make sure to make a reservation), and the service is excellent. The staff went out of their way to check us in early as we were tired from walking around all morning after departing from the Caledonian Sleeper Train at 08:42. The bar also allowed us to take our cocktails to the room. Additionally, there was a photogenic James Bond car (an Aston Martin Vantage) parked in the lot. This was one of the best hotel stays in my lifetime.

Glenmoriston Townhouse Hotel Inverness
Location great, good view. Rooms were okay, kind of dirty. You couldn't move the shower head so it was hard when you didn't want to wash your hair or stuff like that. The restaurant was okay as well. Nothing spectacular.Below is a picture of outside the hotel.

Had lunch with family. Beautiful location overlooking River Ness. Only a few minutes from the high street. Quiet with outside seating some under canopy. Staff very friendly and down to earth.
