Ask for a 4 pole audio so can use mic they sold 3 pole and said it was the correct one .AND THER MEANT TO BE THE PROFESSIONALS

I took a lot of games in here and I mean a lot, like 300+ maybe. They was all sorted out and had the money paid into my bank the next day.

I bought a Kindle from CeX but was given the wrong cable for connecting it to a PC and updating it so that I could use it. It would be great if CeX pre-updated the electronics it sells and provide the right kind of cable so that customers don't have to do that; some people might mistakenly think their device is broken.

Very good service and the prices are good

I was charged £10 for a second hand Nintendo 3DS AC plug. I later found out that Amazon sell new ones for £6. So this shop nearly doubled the price which is ridiculous. Not happy. I'm not going to try and take it back because they always come up with some stupid reason why they won't take it back. Stay away from this shop because you'll be ripped off.

I went into your Torquay store recently, you had the recent RE4 for £14 on PS4, I bought 4 games, you refused to knock anything off and said prices are fixed. After waiting ages you tell me that the game was marked wrong and was £40 and not £14, you refused to honor your wrongly advertised price, so I proceeded with payment, and on the way out noticed you had a PS5 version of RE4 for £38... I went back to get my money and exchange and you refused to give me my money back and said you could only do a voucher. What's the point of a trade game shop if you can't negotiate, or honor your sale price, or give my money back when you've got it wrong. The whole experience must have taken around 30 minutes plus, not a great way to spend your birthday. Won't be going back. So disappointed.

Good range of dvds games and Tech. Drink my Last visit I walked out due to the fact due to Lack of staff and long waiting times in the queue. I did not proceed with my purchase and Purchased my item elsewhere.
