Terrible car wash! These guys just give off prices off their heads. There’s a price list on the wall. Management is no where to be seen! They refuse to give the management number. Waste of time!!!It went down with talks from £37 to £30 then to £27 but only with cash. And who Carrie’s cash? And why would a business charge only cash if they aren’t operating off the books ;)?

Not enough staff working. The traffic was backed up on to the street and took over an hour from start to finish for a simple wash dry and go. For the price they could employ more staff and turn cars around in minutes. Cats were joining the queue and then leaving because it was too slow. Will not use again.

Car was still dirty and paid £27 and am not being fussy the windscreen was literally still dirty it’s the most basic thing you would expect from a car washAnd the body generally needed cleaningNever again

Didcot Hand Car Wash
This car wash used to be amazing. They all used to make every effort to clean your car and it used to look so clean and shiny. In recent months they don't seem to be bothered and I've had to stand outside my car pointing out what needs to be cleaned. I have even picked up a cloth and joined in with the cleaning as they keep missing bits. I also don't like that they are smoking when cleaning my car. Will be looking for a different hand car wash.

Wasn’t happy about the service, lack of staff or lack of priority. Long wait , poor job, it was raining , did not get a chance to dry, but next day morning I was able to see a big patch, it never touch the soap water, it literally missed to wash. I was happy they did not dry, if they did, definitely scratch on my paint work

For the love of God, don't bring your car for a clean here! So many scratches all over my paintwork, unfortunately I'm very trusting and didn't notice till I got home. £12 for a wash + the cost of machine polish. Please take my advice and stay well clear of this place, especially if you value your paintwork!

Didcot Hand Car Wash
Terrible experience. Was not offered a list of prices or standards, was given a price of £23 to do the inside and outside of car.Car was handed back with bird poo and dirt still on the car, and mud still on the back seats. They had not cleaned the rear interior at all. They also broke my back wiper which they denied.I decided to only pay them £10 as it was so poor.
