Lies, lies and more lies. Paid for express service for next day delivery. They used a standard service costing £4. Then only sent after 2 days following a follow up call from me. I will never use again. Disgusting customer service and crazy service for so called express option. Do not use. Trust the negative reviews on here.

Without a doubt one of the worse experiences I have had with an airsoft supplier! Instead of trying to help me work a problem with a parcel all they want to do is blame me and not care. Even though the mistake may have been mostly mine it doesn’t need to be said in every email back when all I want to do it try and troubleshoot the problem get it sorted. Enjoy your £15 I hope you obviously need it more then me.

After a few years out of Airsoft I decided to start back again and first port of call was fire support for some parts, received the parts within a couple of days and emailed them in request to upgrade a rifle which I previously bought from them a few years ago and as usual Frank was on point with a email straight away. Myself and my brother and dad use to make the trip from Derbyshire nearly every month or two to either buy or do upgrades as firesupport are our go to people after so many years of great experience it's great to see they are still at the same high level of service.Be down there soon to drop of a Rif for upgrades!Don't always listen to the negatives.. every company will have them but trust me these guys are legit and know there stuff and when it comes to aegs and upgrades I wouldn't trust anyone else

Great service. I've read through some reviews that mostly complained about shipping which is out of their control. My shipment came on time, and as asked. Within a week, i've ordered my 520FPS spring from UK to Montenegro and it arrived without issue. Great customer service and great prices.

Bought from these guys twice now. Great service with a great price. First order was only a small one to see how things go and the second was a GBBR. Honestly I have no complaints, highly recommend.

Very good prices, had everything I wanted in stock where most other retailers do not, and to top it all off, I had to call them a few times (being a newbie needing some help when picking parts, and with installation after they had arrived), and they did not hesitate to offer help, and point me in the right direction!
