Was supposed to do some sub contracting for this company, or Magnus design and build (not sure on the correlation between the two).Agreed a price, came down from Manchester - arranged to commence work on 12/10, had materials ordered - only for them to email me (Louise baker and director) last minute advising they have decided to go elsewhere (or internally). Absolutely unprofessional approach, unethical and speaks volumes about how they inconsiderately oeprate. Wouldn't work alongside this company again nor would I advise anyone else to.Asked me to check up on surrounding area & whether it was subject to flooding (not my job niether). From cleints perspective, would be slightly worried by this.Couldn't advise any further against working alongside this company.
