Red Rose Care Community

A horrible experience for my father and our family. I would not recommend placing anyone with type 1 diabetes here. Some care staff are lovely and really do care but are frustrated by the lack of support from management and owner.

My Mum lives in the Memory Unit of Red Rose Nursing Home in Farndon and I couldn't ask for a nicer place for her to live in. The nurses and carers are lovely people and genuinely care about the residents. The common spaces could probably use a bit a a refresh, they are perfectly fine for the residents to spend time in comfortably. The bedroom and bathroom facilities are second to none! Mum's room was a home from home and she's very happy.

A well run home with very caring staff which cannot do enough, they have looked after my mother so well, I would recommend them to anyone

The residents deserve better, I worked on the memory unit and was shocked at the way it was run. The nurses just do the basics and staffing teams are always short. Management walk around in high heels thinking there appearance is by far better than the residents needs and wellbeing this. The home lacks Leadership and the home has a negative approach. I have reported this home to cqc and safeguarding after things I have witnessed. I would not wish this home upon my worst enemy
