Cliff House Medical Practice
This morning I submitted an on-line request to see a practice nurse. The reception team (Zara), quickly replied to my request, and an afternoon appointment was confirmed.When I arrived, I was seen immediately, by a practice nurse & her colleague.I was given appropriate treatment, & care advice regarding my post-operative wound .Excellent, professional, warm & friendly service. 5☆☆☆☆☆My many thanks, once again, to everyone at the practice.

I have struggled with mental health all my life. It was something that was always taught to me that needs to remain hidden.Fortunately, my partner forced me to call. Dr Ansari not only took his time to help me understand my thoughts, but he also gave me so many different options towards receiving help. He stayed on that phone and made sure that I was okay, he listened to me, he was calming and understanding. I really felt like I was in a safe space. I can’t thank him enough for the support he had given me when I needed it the most.Thank you to Robert as well who gave me helplines when I first phoned. What an amazing team ❤️

The best medical practice . All staff are so friendly also doctors are good they give right treatment also they always care of their patients. I never have a problem with them.I never wait for ages to someone to answer the phone the most longest time was about 2 minutes. Also ask my gp app is the best I used to send an request about 8am and by 10am I had an answer. I also get what I need . When I need a prescription I usually get within 1H. Well done Cliff medical practice.

Shocking experience, have sat for 22 minutes on phone, apparently first in queue but no answer. Not the first time this has occured over the past two weeks. I could call at surgery but your personal information and problems are discussed within earshot of other patients! I am only giving 1 start as there isn't a zero.option.

Despite pressures on all NHS services, I have always found Cliff House to run a very efficient and effective service. The MyGP app is so useful! Staff are friendly, courteous and professional and I have always found them to more than happy to help with any queries I have.

Had an appointment for the booster of vaccine Hepatitis A. Came just before my time, the surgery staff was very friendly. I was probably waiting in a waiting room for 1-2 mins before I was called. The nurse was lovely. I got my booster and that’s it! Had a good experience with it.

Called in to the practice and a day later received a call back, was spoken to like I was wasting their time, I even explained on the call that in my opinion it was patronising. I was asked what did I expect from the call to which I replied nothing after the way you are speaking to me. My son a few weeks earlier with he same condition was seen the same day. I explained this to the caller and they couldn’t have been less interested. Before this review on Google I looked at ways to contact the practice direct to raise my concerns. The caller never gave their details and wouldn’t let me have them when I asked for them.

I have seen Dr Ansari , and I can just say the worst experience I ever had with any GP so far . He was rude and sarcastic. They sent me to a medical student without asking me , then made me wait for another 30 minutes till GP see me so I have spent more than one hour just around to get insulted by him.
