Fantastic service. Had a problem with phone, the guys put in a lot of thought and effort to find a solution - and in the end they sorted it. Steven was very patient while fixing it. Lots of helpful explanations throughout. Good value too. Would not hesitate to go back, highly recommended.

My charging port has been unusable for the past 6 months, I was walking through Edinburgh after just landing here. Phone on 3% with little hope. Turned a corner and found this absolute legend, didn’t catch his name but he fixed my phone and sorted me out with a portable charger in about 10 mins. Incredible service, would recommend this shop to absolutely anyone. Absolute legend

In just 45 minutes they made my iPhone 11 - which is 4 years old - a brand new phone: new screen, new battery, new protection. It costed me less than 200 GBP instead of buying a new iphone for over 1200 GBP ! Thanks for the great service.

Went in for a simple screen protector. Eric helped me, lovely guy, very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend simply based on customer service alone. Screen protector for the iPhone 15 is also spot on.
