I visited the coffee shop. The young man who served us was very pleasant and helpful. He kept the area very clean, brought our order to the table and had a good nature and smiled the whole time.

Whilst the majority of the staff in this shop are absolutely lovely, quite a few have limited knowledge of the shop and little respect for the customer, often ignoring me and chatting to other staff when I am right in front of them. The prices in here are ridiculous- sometimes 4x more expensive than competitors 5 minutes down the road. The recycling bins are always overflowing and the stock on some items in this shop is rubbish. I do not recommend going here unless you absolutely have to.

One of the few limited local supermarkets I can access, however, there is an abundance of peanut products in the health food sections (which don't seem to sell well, unlike the nut free products that are always out of stock) - there absolutely are versions of all of these products that aren't peanut flavoured. Considering that dietary requirements are supposed to be an important part of what they stock, this is incredibly poor in the Highworth Co-Op, it can be extremely limiting.

This is a large store, for a coop anyway, with good parking available. Self service tills available if that’s your thing.

Nice little shop for most things, nice size and good range of products but there's very few staff on the tills. Sadly the case in most supermarkets these days.Today's visit there was no-one on the tills and they've had robot tills (self scan) installed, do they not realise Aldi is is less than a mile away? If I wanted to be ignored by belligerent staff I would've gone there.Not happy!
