Very pleasant visit today.Went to book appointment and they had a free slot.The optician was brilliant and all staff lovely and very helpful and friendly.Great range of glasses and reasonably priced.Helpful staff who helped me choose.Would highly recommend.Thanks for a great service

Great place! Knowledgeable, friendly & professional staff. The ONLY place to give me what I needed, extra sensitive" transitions lenses (that will tint slightly inside a vehicle). Quality workmanship. I can't say enough good about Total Eyecare. I highly recommend them!"

Had my eye test here today. State of the art equipment, thorough, and extremely knowledgable. Lovely friendly people who can't do enough to help. The range of frames are superb and the prices are a quarter of what you would pay elsewhere including designer frames. I will be returning next time my test is due. It was a lovely experience.

I had a severe infection in my eye and had called my doctor. He didn't even ask to see me but referred me for treatment. I had been waiting over two weeks and still no sign of any appointment. By this point, I was in agony. I phoned Total Eyecare and was seen and referred to than eye clinic, that same day. The service was amazing. It was fast, efficient, knowledgeable, professional and friendly.would recomment Total Eyecare to anyone.

Excellent service. I'm not a fan of eye tests and have always found it fairly traumatic however I have had a thorough eye test today without feeling traumatised. I highly recommend this service. 2/5/23 Unfortunately, the service here declined after the first visit. I wanted contact lenses and was told their stock wouldn't be suitable for my eyes. They sent for a trial of more expensive lenses. After waiting a couple of months I rang to see what the problem was. I was given an appt, the more expensive free trial was there but he decided I would be better with his stock (the exact ones he told me were unsuitable). I tried them but they were unsuitable. I was provided with a refund of the £20 I had paid to have regular checks and was very unhappy with the service. Won't go there again. Would have given no stars if possible.

Visited for an eye test and was referred to a specialist so I am thankful that potential problems were picked up. Got a pair of readers at the time (3 months ago) and another pair last week. Love both the frames and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Really want a third pair but will have to save up lol - not as much choice as some places but I found what I liked and the personal service more than made up for the minor issue of how many frames were available. Would recommend to anyone and everyone and will definitely be a repeat customer.Forgot to mention, the pupil diluting drops took a long time to wear off for me and I was worried so nipped back into the shop. The optician checked me out and even rang me to check I was ok later in the day. Great service :)

Couldn't be happier with the service and advice. Felt at ease and had a great friendly chat during the test. Everything was explained in a way that I understood what was happening. Pricing on frames is great too! I usually take over an hour to choose frames because none (I feel) suit me, but the range available here was lovely. I love that they helped me choose a pair that really suited me.

We went worried because of the vision problem and after I went to other eye care doctors that did not give me the proper attention.From here I came out smiling and without problems.A professional doctor gave me the healing solution, and now I am very well following the given advice.You can get respect and attention from the fantastic team. I’ve got access to an appointment immediately at the time which was the best for me.Total Eye Care is the best place to go to heal your eye vision.ARC
