Swanage Haven Boutique Guest House

Spent 6 nights here. My first visit. Tina and Amanda give excellent care and friendly first class attention. My room was lovely and contained absolutely all that I could have needed. The breakfasts were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and their attention to detail is spot on. Everywhere is immaculately clean and all that they provide is highly recommendable. I would definitely return if I didn't live so far away.Thank you Amanda and Tina for a super stay.

Level of service way better than a B&B, and attention to detail fantastic. Have stayed in 5* hotels and this is on a par if not better. Will be coming back!

We recently stayed as 3 couples and were made very welcome on our arrival. Tina and Amanda are so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The bedrooms were clean and beautifully presented.As for breakfast there was so much choice and excellent quality.A big plus for us was the Honesty Bar where we could meet up with our friends. We hope to book again next year.

Stayed here for 3 nights recently and can't fault it. When we got there we felt really welcome. Both Tina and Amanda are lovely and offered their help wherever possible. The room was very clean and made our stay even more enjoyable. There are many options for breakfast every day and it was delicious . Staff were very friendly.

From the moment we stepped through the door, we were warmly welcomed by Tina and Amanda, taking the time to chat and share local recommendations.The attention to detail throughout was incredible, it was clear that they had put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The honesty bar was a nice feature, the breakfast was fantastic with many options and not forgetting the lovely garden which was a joy to relax in before heading out.Thank you once again for going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.

This is the Perfect Boutique B&B.....Thanks to Amanda and Tina we had a wonderful stay at The Swanage Haven. The welcome was special both pre-arrival and on the day, nothing was ever too much trouble. They know a lot about Swanage and will go out of their way to make your stay a special one. You will struggle to find anywhere nicer and better to stay.The room was lovely and spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and all of the fixtures and fittings were oozing quality. Breakfast was outstanding, you could choose what you wanted from the extensive menu, again all top top quality ingredients.Check in and out was made very easy, parking was also great.Go ahead and get yourself booked in, you won't regret it...... it's amazing!

Possibly the best guest house we have ever stayed in, lovely well appointed rooms, super clean, nothing is too much trouble for the delightful owners, come and go as you please, breakfast excellent, I can highlight recommend the poached eggs and smoked salmon, we will definitely be returning.

This is a superb guest house run by Tina and Amanda. The stay was exceptional and really worth 5 stars in all categories. The attention to detail was excellent. We were made very welcome and each aspects of our stay exceeded our expectations. The rooms, food, and cleanliness were literally top class. The Guest House location is within easy walking distance to the clean sandy beach, local pubs and restaurants. Magnificent! We will have no hesitation in returning next time we visit Swanage.
