MUSE Nail Art and Brow Bar

While getting my nails done two of the guys kept taking turns and weren’t sure what the last had done, the skin around my nails is absolutely red raw with the amount of very rough filing, I was even bleeding but no care was shown. They were also constantly on their phones so I felt like I was intruding on a call. As well as this my nail colour is also very different to the one on the tray. Won’t be back.

Would not recommend anyone. They are very bad at eyebrows threading plus they are liars, outside the shop it's says the price is £4.99 on their website it says £5.99 and they took £7.00 from me I asked her why outside it says £4.99 and they said that price was two years ago it's £7.00 now. They aren't even good at doing eyebrows so rubbish such a waste of money the shop has very nasty smell.

Its obviously a good place to get your eyebrows done, i haven't reviewed the sites usually but i must say that absolutely I'm in love with their services and even the bookings and rescheduling of appointments is flexible.

My nails started to peel after one day. When I went back to get them fixed the colour I had got was no longer there and when they asked for the number I had got the day before it was not the same and all they did was keep telling me that it was the wrong colour even though it was the one I asked for. Instead of finding the right colour they just put the wrong one on and said we can just put glitter on it and the other nail on the other hand and this is not what I asked for and now my nails look like they were done by a five year old. The people doing the nails were very unfriendly and were laughing at the situation. Would not recommend to anyone.

Nails done really well here happy with result but concerned about *hygiene*.The techs didn’t wash hands between clients, uv dryers were covered in old paint, I had my my fingers gripped by very cold sweaty hands and made me feel a bit nauseous.

I have been going to the salon for nearly 3 years. The lady is an eyebrow queen. I love my eyebrows everytime she does them. Very friendly staff. Nice and clean shop. Would recommend 100%.

Best place to have your nails done been coming here for awhile staff are very good at what they do and are very friendly and welcoming would 100% recommend

Was just admiring my brows I got done recently and thought it's time I left a review!!. Been coming here for years. Best brows I've had and I've been to many salons across the UK. I travel from Aberdeen to get my brows done here and always will as long as this brow queen is working there. Thank you x

NEVER EVER GO HERE! Been going to this place for years however, this time I was soo disappointed, asked for acrylics that are really short, oval and looked natural. Got bricks on my hands and even though I kept saying that this is not what I want the guy just ignored my request. Then after disappointing shape, the girl start painting my nails … she had no idea what she was doing because she looked like she was new. I kept telling her what to do for instance, clean the edges, maybe you should do the cuticles, 'no don't use the file for the top of the nail' , this still didn't stop her. The other guy had to help her this is not acceptable honesty if I'm paying a full price I should get what I want.Not even starting on the cleanliness of this place, honestly make's me sick, they never sanitised any of the products, there were nails all over the table. I think this place should be shut down.

I get my eyebrows done regularly from here. My eyebrows always meet my expectations. I love the shape of my eyebrows every time I get it done from here. Happy that I discovered the eyebrow professional and expert. Will keep getting my eyebrows done from here, only as long as it’s the same eyebrow professional. I do recommend this service to anyone who is considering on getting there eyebrows done. Also the staff members are very friendly and welcoming as well, love this place to bits♥️
