Good gym all the equipment you need (if a little dated) but where this gym excels is with the staff. They are friendly, helpful and always cleaning. Also it's usually pretty quiet so rarely waiting around to use equipment.

Went for the covid jab ,queue was orderly and peaceful during the cold weather.The staffs wasn't messing about and attendance was quick .A very neat place indeed .

wasnt sure about returning to the gym during these turbulent times, so glad I did.Gym is spotless , staff are really working hard to ensure safety for all. sessions are easy to book plenty of times to choose from, staff on hand to answer any questions.

Attended for the Covid vaccination programme. The whole team there are amazing, so professional and efficient. Carrying a smile and a courteous manner to everyone that comes through the doors. From the teams coordinating the car parks through to the ones administering the jabs, all are doing a fantastic job and you have my utmost respect and admiration!
