Absolutely disgusting treatment of the customers and more or less ruined the entire Christmas tradition of getting the Christmas tree. My little sister went home crying because of how the staff treated my parents and it’s quite frankly laughable that this place is even still running if that is how they treat customers with nothing but aggression. The rest of the staff were great the all but the old owner of the place.
